Private contact form. We also provide your website details page with a private online contact form if you want. This will put a link on your website details page so that if someone wants to contact your company then all they would have to do is click on the link and then the online contact form will appear. This form is totally secure and keeps your email address hidden from spam bots. This feature is no extra charge and provides a secure and private way for people interested in your advertisemnet to be able to contact you.

Google Maps. If you have supplied accurate address information and are in a region that is covered by Google map service, then your ad will display with map to your property location.

Optional Agent/Broker or User Registration. We provide the ability for optional registration when you are submitting your ads. While this is not required to submit your property ad, it will offer you additional features and functions. For agents and brokers this is highly advised as you will have access to all your listings to edit and be provided with an agent profile page where you can list your website if you have one and other contact information for your company. Registered users have the ability to edit their advertisement at any time so if you later need to add to or change a description or image you may do so by logging in. Also when your property sells, you may login and edit your ad as sold which will put a sold sign on the ad.
Registration is fast and free and available from any page on the left hand menu bar.

Featured and Premium Listing Displays- Featured listings have premium highlighted display and displays above all other listings. Featured ads may also choose 1 extra related category for your classified advertisement to display in.
- Premium listings will display just below all featured listings and above all basic listings for great exposure for your advertisement at a low cost. Normal listings can pay to upgrade their listing to Featured at a later date if available for better internet advertising exposure.

The payment of a fee does not guarantee acceptance of your website into the Premium Real Estate Sales. If your ad is rejected for any reason we will provide you with a full refund. - Unacceptable Ads, content & few reasons why submissions may not be approved:
- No ads unrelated to the categories provided in this directory.
- No incomplete ads.
- No illegal advertisements.
- Please submit your Ad to the proper category.
- The description should be at least 100 characters in length.
- The title should be at least 30 characters in length.
- Do not use inappropriate CAPITALIZATI0N of words.
